Broker Ltd. Brokerage and pay a total commission of $4900.00, if Curtis
Smith Real Estate Broker Ltd. Brokerage sells your property. Arrange
with your Agent to co-list with my firm and you will pay commission to
the “SELLING FIRM ONLY”. I can do this because I am a non board member
and I can accept a lower commission because my overhead is lower. There
is no extra cost to you, JUST SAVINGS.
WHY CO-LIST WITH MY FIRM?
1) I
charge $4900.00 flat fee commission (usually lower than others).
2) More
prospective Purchaser’s may come to me when they see I charge less
commission (possibly) so they may think they can get the property for
less money and YOU may end up with the same amount on closing (if you do
let it go for less money).
I am not a member of the
Kingston
And Area Real Estate Association, but am a member of The Real Estate
Council Of
Ontario who’s
mandate is to protect consumers through a fair, safe and informed
marketplace. If your property is realistically priced, there is no need

You can
co-list your property with a MLS firm, and you can co-list your property
with my firm at the same time. My charge on selling your property will
be a flat fee of $4900.00 of which 25% of that will go to the firm you
have co-listed your property with. If the other firm sells your property
you will have to pay them the amount or percentage you agreed upon when
listing your property, and they will pay me 25% of their total
commission.
ROLL THE DICE
The Kingston And Area Real Estate Association reported there was a total of 153 residential properties that traded hands through the Associations MLS system in January 2008 which is 27% less than the number traded in January 2007.
