Philosophy Of Curtis Smith Real Estate
Broker Ltd.
(For Salespeople & Clients)
We at Curtis Smith Real Estate Broker Ltd., HOW U SAVE have an acute awareness of the importance of home ownership. It is one of the contributing factors to financial stability and personal pride. We are also aware that to successfully service our clients, we have to be professionals. This means being alert to changes in market conditions, mortgage market, expansion plans, and up- to- date methods. We must also remain sensitive to the ever changing requirements of our clients.
We all have an obligation to our clients. If we take care of these obligations, all of our personal wishes will come to pass. We have all heard of the high-pressure salesperson and the low pressure salesperson, both of which are extremely dangerous for the proper serving of clients. The high-pressure salesperson thinks only of the commission and thus reflects insincerity. The low-pressure salesperson must be extremely careful to get the message across so clients feel there is an interest in them.
Whether you sell with the enthusiasm of Dale Carnegie or with the softness of a kitten, remember, you owe an obligation to your clients. You must give them all the knowledge you possess, so when it comes time to make a decision, either buying or selling, they can make it based on professional knowledge. Remember, you do not make the decision. The clients make the decision after you have given them all the information available.
It is with this serving of our clients in mind, that we must strive for more knowledge and new methods of marketing and selling if we are to move ahead. This applies to the Company and to each of us as individuals as well.
In addition to having the right attitude toward working with your clients, you must also maintain the right attitude and spirit of fairness in working with your fellow associates. Use the Golden Rule as your guideline. You will enjoy your work and you will be rewarded for using fairness in your actions and having done a good, professional job.
THERE IS LESS TO FEAR FROM OUTSIDE COMPETITION THAN FROM INSIDE INEFFICIENCY, DISCOURTESY, AND BAD SERVICE.
